STUNNING new family home with PRIVATE (heated) Pool in the center of home! This gorgeous 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home is just a 30 second walk to the beach! Here are just a few of the amenities we offer: Central air conditioning with separate thermostats on both levels. 8 ROKU Flat screen televisions (one in each bedroom, one in the sun room, upstairs family room (60 inch) and main living room (60 inch). Hardwood-look ceramic tile throughout first floor, except for bedrooms which have luxuriously soft carpet. High speed wireless internet. Outside shower next to side entrance leads you into a wonderful mudroom with laundry room! This house offers a private covered balcony off the upstairs queen MBR, a Broil King Gas Grill on the pool deck and a beautiful sun room to relax with a cup of coffee and a good book! No need to bring linens and bath towels. We have contracted with a local vendor to provide this for you and your guest at a nominal fee for the week.
When entering the home, you will immediately be surprised with the size of the home (4,200 sf). Our unique design uses every inch of the space! Upon entering, you will find a queen MBR to your right with a private bathroom with a bath tub. Down the hall, you'll be blown away by the open floor plan of the dinning room, living room and gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A chef's dream! The living room houses a gas fireplace and a 60 inch ROKU flat screen TV, with easy access to the pool deck and pool!! Next to the dining area is a wet bar with a built in wine cooler and ice maker! Down the hall there is a half bathroom and a beautiful sun room with two comfortable reading chairs and a flat screen television. At the end of the hallway, you will find a King Master's Retreat! An enormous king master bedroom with extra large closets, beautiful whitewashed tongue and groove wood cathedral ceiling with a ceiling fan! Also, you will have access through the french doors to the pool deck, but you will also have a black out curtains for privacy! The King master bath boast a heated floor, and two sinks and a huge custom built shower!
If this isn't enough, walk up the carpeted steps into another family room with vaulted ceilings (again with the light wood and ceiling fan). This family room offers a pull out sectional couch and a large 60 inch flat screen television! Three bedrooms on this level include a queen master (with private bath which also opens into hallway with large Cupola) and a covered balcony, a bunk room (with a twin on top and a double on the bottom), with a private bathroom and another queen master with private bath (all bathroom showers are custom built)!
